What Terms are available?
We offer a flexible range of Monthly, Annual and Triannual agreements
Can I switch to a different plan?
You can upgrade the service plan assigned to any user at any time. Downgrades are not permitted on Annual or Triannual agreements
Can I mix and match plans?
Yes you can have different users on different plans as required
How does the billing work?
Users and plans are billed monthly in advance, based on the number and type of plans assigned to users. We do not offer pro-rata billing for our plans as the support services are unlimited
